Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers pay ranges of $30.50 to $34.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to update care plans. The ideal candidate holds an NY LPN license, graduates from an approved nursing program, communicates

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.

• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
