Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens).
• Assist in monitoring medication programs and dispense medications per physician orders.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights.
• Support fall prevention, transfers, positioning and mobility as needed.

We are currently seeking a kind and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule:

Part Time -7:00am-3:00pm, day shift with rotating weekends

Salary:

$25.50 - $28.50 per hour - based on experience

Shift differential available for weekend shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.

• Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.

• Assist in monitoring medication programs.

• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.

• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Education & Experience:
