Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time LPN for its Pediatrics Clifton Park office in Clifton Park, NY. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a recruitment/retention bonus up to $3,500.

Responsibilities include vaccines, patient prep, charting, and routine nursing tasks under provider supervision. Requires a valid NYS LPN license and prior LPN experience in a medical setting; EMR proficiency and patient confidentiality are essential.

• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

Our Pediatrics Clifton Parkoffice is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

The hours are: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities:

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

Requirements

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.
