Spokane Health & Rehab in Spokane, WA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full- and part-time and PRN positions. Shifts available include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. Rate of pay ranges from $38.00 to $43.45 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, orders and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and safety.
• Monitor vital signs and wound care as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and regulations.
• Coach and mentor staff as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
