Job summary

Alderwood Health & Rehab in Lynnwood, WA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team on a PRN basis. We offer competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package, along with same-day pay and straightforward onboarding.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and other team members to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (state of WA)
• CPR/BLS certification required or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and safety.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and regulations.
• Track patient history, vital signs, and condition.
• Coach and mentor staff as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
