Job summary
Quality Talent Group is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) roles at our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN openings with day, evening, night shifts. New grads welcome and daily pay option available.
You will administer medications, deliver direct nursing care, document care, and support care plans while working in a team focused on quality patient outcomes and excellent care.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- New grads are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
