Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role supports patient-first care with teamwork and clinical excellence, offering day, evening, and night shifts, plus full-time or part-time options.
Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license and have experience with medication administration, documentation, and EHR systems.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
