Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts, including weekend coverage.
Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, are comfortable with medication administration and documentation, and can work well in a team using EHR/digital charting systems. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
