Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

The role involves medication administration, recording vital signs, and implementing care plans, with opportunities for day, evening, and night shifts. Experience with EHR systems and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
