Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role includes medication administration, care plan implementation, vital signs, and supervising other staff.

- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
