Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The position supports patient-first care with teamwork, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional growth.

Options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (Day, Evening, Night). Knowledge of EHR/digital charting is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply, with daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
