Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a client in skilled nursing and long-term care settings in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with day, evening, night shifts.
Responsibilities include administering medications, recording vital signs, and contributing to individualized care plans, while utilizing EHR systems. New grads are welcome and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
