Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. The role offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options and a commitment to patient-first care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
