Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Positions offer Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, administering medications and IVs, implementing care plans, recording vitals, supervising staff when needed, and educating patients and families in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
