Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Hartsville, TN is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, with Day, Evening, and Night options and a strong emphasis on patient-first care.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, and develop care plans while communicating clearly with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
