Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and help implement individualized care plans in a patient-first environment.

New grads are welcome; flexible shifts include day, evening, and night, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN. Strong documentation and use of EHR are essential for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
