Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an LPN to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings in Belle Meade, TN. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and help implement individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates bring a current LPN license, strong documentation and communication skills, and comfort with EHR/digital charting. Flexible shifts include day, evening, night, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
