Job summary

Rosedale Health and Rehabilitation in Richmond, VA is hiring compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with competitive pay and benefits, including daily pay access and sign-on bonuses for qualified applicants.

You'll provide nursing care, administer meds, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being in a top-rated LTC/SNF facility dedicated to dignity and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in VA
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• New grads welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice and policies
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to all regulatory requirements
• Record and review patient histories, charts, and vital signs
• Coach staff as necessary

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in VA

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
