Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, coordinating care with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active LPN license, a valid driver’s license, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and at least two years of LPN experience, preferably in home health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.

• The primary function of the LPN is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse for clients in their place of residence.
