Quality Talent Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in New Jersey to join our respected long-term care partner. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules with supportive leadership and a welcoming environment where nurses can grow.

Responsibilities include patient care assistance, medication administration, accurate documentation, vital signs, wound care, and collaboration with RNs and physicians. New graduates welcome; tuition assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey must be current.
• Strong clinical and communication skills required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented posture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
