Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Jersey for long-term care facilities. This position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with supportive leadership and a stable work environment.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient documentation, vitals, wound care, and collaboration with RNs. Candidates must hold an NJ LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
