Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communication with the pharmacy
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents and skin issues

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
