Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a respected long‑term care provider in New Jersey to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). You will support CNAs with ADLs, administer medications, document patient records, monitor vitals, and report changes to RNs and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
