Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Jersey to join long-term care facilities. Open to both new graduates and experienced LPNs, with flexible shifts and multiple scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and per diem.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
