Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a respected long-term care partner in New Jersey in recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a dedicated team. You will provide compassionate patient care, administer meds, document records, and collaborate with RNs to monitor resident health.

This role welcomes both new grads and experienced LPNs, offers flexible shifts, and includes full benefits, tuition assistance, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
