Quality Talent Group is helping a respected long-term care partner in New Jersey recruit Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a dedicated team. The position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules and a supportive workplace focused on compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document and maintain patient records accurately.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
