Job summary

Oakwood Care Center in Middle River, MD is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

We offer full- and part-time Day, Evening and Night shifts, competitive pay with shift differentials, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, daily pay access, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a team‑oriented facility.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

We offer full time and part time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.95 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Do:
