Oakhurst Health and Rehabilitation in Fork Union, VA is hiring LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Earn $30.50 to $34.87 per hour with shift differentials, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Daily Pay is available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor resident conditions, and support comfort and dignity for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in VA.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

What You'll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in VA

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
