Carlin Springs Health and Rehab. in Arlington, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available (days, evenings, nights) with competitive pay and benefits.

Provide nursing care per standards, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, administer meds, monitor patients, and support resident well-being. We value teamwork, reliability, and a patient-centered approach to senior care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain resident information confidentiality and adhere to all policies.

Shift Availability

We offer Full Time/Part-Time Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), and Night (11p-7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.52 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Sign-on Bonus up to $7,500 for Full-Time & up to $3,750 for Part-Time (limited time!)

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
