Traditional Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team serving pediatric and adult patients in their homes in Mehoopany, PA. We offer weekday and weekend shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options, and competitive pay of $32 per hour with weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Experience in pediatric and/or home health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in home/school environment.
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments; coordination of care.
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician.
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
