Traditional Home Health Care Pediatric Division is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes or schools. The role offers weekday and weekend shifts, with both full-time and part-time schedules available and a pay rate of $28–$32 per hour.

Responsibilities include implementing the plan of care, administering medications and therapies, performing patient assessments, and coordinating with the Clinical Manager and physicians.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed in good standing.
• Experience providing one-to-one patient care in home or school settings preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and varied shifts.

Nanticoke, PA: Weekends 7am-4pm

Plymouth, PA: Monday - Friday 9am-3pm, virtual school accompaniment
