Job summary
Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for shifts across day, evening and weekend options in a trusted nursing and rehabilitation network. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, and care plan execution in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
You'll document diligently, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; supervision of other nursing staff may occur.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
