Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision in patients' homes across Nebraska. The role coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, family, and referring agencies to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program, holds an active LPN license, and has at least two years of LPN experience, preferably in home health.

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current state LPN license.
• Two years’ LPN experience; home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.
