Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under RN supervision in Council Bluffs, IA. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families, and referring agencies, while maintaining CPR and Hepatitis profiles and upholding the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current state LPN license.
• Two years of LPN experience; home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision in clients' homes.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
