The ideal candidate holds Nebraska LPN licensure, a high school diploma, BLS certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska LPN licensure is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care including administering medications and treatments as directed.
• Take vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the nursing team.
