Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. This role delivers compassionate direct nursing care and supports ongoing patient well-being.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and help develop and evaluate personalized care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available, including day, evening, night, and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent grads welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
