Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and help implement individualized care plans in a fast-paced facility.

We welcome new grads and offer flexible shifts (day, evening, night) with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work. A supportive team and modern charting systems help ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
