Quality Talent Group represents a trusted network of nursing facilities seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s team in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (Day, Evening, Night) are available, with flexible scheduling and daily pay options to support work-life balance.

You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care using EHR, and participate in education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
