Job summary

Quality Talent Group has partnered with a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role delivers direct nursing care, administers medications, and supports care plans in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

We seek licensed LPNs with strong documentation, time management, and communication skills who can work day, evening, or night shifts; new grads welcome and daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
