Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility undergoing renovation under new management. The position supports residents with direct care, nursing judgment, and teamwork to ensure recovery and personalized care.

Pay ranges from $30.50 to $34.50 per hour. Benefits include up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus and Aetna health benefits effective the 1st of the month after hire, plus additional key benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current LPN license in New York in good standing.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 encouraged but not mandated.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staffCompassionate, team-oriented approach to care
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated)
