Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Beacon, NY. The position offers a pay range of $30.50-$34.50 per hour with benefits and a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Responsibilities include daily resident care, medication administration, vitals monitoring, and coordinating with CNAs and the care team to support recovery and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated).

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
