Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an attentive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York to join a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and wellbeing.

Eligible candidates hold an active NY LPN license, graduate from an approved nursing program, and demonstrate strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery
