CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality nursing care on evening shifts. This role involves completing resident assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with care standards.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license in Ohio and have reliable transportation. Full-time overnight hours and supportive benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Ohio
