Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a licensed Project Manager – HVAC & Sheetmetal for the Greater Boston Area (Malden/Haverhill, MA). Salary $85,000 - $130,000 base, dependent on experience.

You will oversee a pipeline of up to $8 million annually and lead a tight-knit team of three PMs to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes. Requirements include an active Sheetmetal or HVAC license, proven experience managing large HVAC or sheet metal installations, and strong job costing and budget

Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license
• Proven background managing complex high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting and budget management
• Ability to lead a small PM team and maintain morale

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to final inspection
• Lead a small team of PMs to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
• Manage project budgets, labor and materials to maximize profitability and trigger commissions
• Ensure installations meet high standards and comply with all codes
