Job summary

Patriot Surveying & Infrastructure, PLLC seeks a licensed Survey Project Manager (PLS) to lead complex survey projects from proposal through delivery. You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and profitability, review final plans with your PLS license, and supervise survey teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. Occasional CONUS travel and client engagement are required.

The role emphasizes business, financial, and personnel management of the Survey Division in a senior leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Active PLS licensure; multi-state licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of land surveying/geomatics experience.
• Experience leading survey projects and managing project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey projects from proposal to final delivery with oversight.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and profitability tracking.
• Review and stamp final plans and regulatory documents as PLS.
• mentor and supervise Survey Crew Chiefs and Data Technicians.
