CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager (PLS) to lead multiple surveying projects from inception to completion in Illinois. You will coordinate field teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver accurate results.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in land surveying and project management, a PLS license, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for success on complex projects.

Survey Project Manager | PLS

Position Overview

The Survey Project Manager will oversee and manage survey projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in surveying, and the ability to coordinate a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple survey projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on surveying solutions.
• Supervise survey fieldwork and data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and quality of results.
• Prepare and review survey proposals, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to integrate survey data into project plans effectively.
• Conduct boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA surveys as needed, ensuring precise measurements and documentation.
• Manage project documentation and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is required.
