Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a New Jersey Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) for our North Jersey client.

The role focuses on managing land surveying projects from fieldwork to deliverables, and sealing ALTA, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. The successful candidate will oversee crews, coordinate with engineers, clients and municipalities, perform deed/title research and boundary analysis, and support land development and civil engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of land surveying experience
• NJ PLS license required
• Strong knowledge of NJ surveying practices and boundary law
• Civil 3D and modern survey equipment experience preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage land surveying projects from field work through final deliverables
• Review and seal boundary, ALTA, topographic and construction surveys
• Oversee survey crews and coordinate with engineers, clients and municipalities
• Perform deed/title research, boundary analysis and survey calculations
• Support land development and civil engineering projects
• Mentor junior survey staff and assist with business development
