Job summary

FPACP CEDAR BAYOU LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in Baytown, Texas. You will evaluate patients, develop PT treatment programs with physicians, and administer therapeutic exercises and modalities.

Supervises the PT Assistant when assigned and guides caregivers in daily living activities to support recovery. Responsibilities include coordinating care with other clinicians, documenting plans of care, and ensuring ethical, compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
• Current state license/registration as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide direct PT services and supervise PT Assistants when assigned.
• Educate patients and caregivers in activities of daily living and home programs.
• Apply modalities and therapeutic techniques as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
