Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP in Baytown, TX is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Operations team. Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, increase strength and reduce pain, and perform related clerical duties.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in an accredited PTA program and current Texas PTA licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in accredited PTA program.
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Guides patients through prescribed exercises to improve mobility and strength.
• Performs routine treatment modalities and monitors patient response.
• Records patient progress in charts and communicates with supervising therapists.
