Job summary

HTU is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy across multiple VA clinics in Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, and Sterling. Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide physical therapy services in outpatient orthopedic settings across multiple Virginia clinics including Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, and Sterling.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with sustainable caseloads supported by productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards.
• Engage in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership opportunities, and potential non-clinical roles.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Licensed or pending licensure Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Team-oriented individual with a passion for learning and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $82,000 to $105,000 based on location, experience, and certifications.
• Clinician bonus plan offering up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck (up to $31,000 annually).
